An gano wani sabon nau’in COVID-19 a Najeriya

NCDC ta ce wannan nau'in na COVID-19 na yaduwa cikin sauri

Hukumar Yaki da Cututtuka Masu Yaduwa ta Najeriya (NCDC) ta ce ta tabbatar da gano wani nau’i na kwayar cutar corona, wanda ake kira SARS-CoV-2 Delta.

A wata sanarwa da ta fitar da maraicen Alhamis, Hukumar ta ce an gano wannan nau’i na COVID-19 ne a jikin wani matafiyi da ya shigo Najeriya.

“An gano kwayar cutar ne sakamakon wani gwaji a dakin bincikenmu da ke Abuja – irin gwajin da ake bukatar kowanne matafiyi da ya fito daga wata kasar waje ya yi”, inji sanarwar.

Shi dai wannan nau’i Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO) ta ayyana shi a matsayin abin damuwa matuka saboda karin saukin yiwuwar yada shi.

An gano wannan nau’in na COVID-19 a kasashe fiye da 90, ana kuma sa ran zai yadu zuwa wasu karin kasashen.

Hukumar ta NCDC ta kuma ce nau’in kwayar cutar na da alaka da karuwar masu kamuwa da COVID-19 da aka samu a kasashen da ya fi yawa.

Matakan takaita yaduwa

A halin yanzu dai ana gudanar da bincike don fahimtar tasirin magunguna da alluran riga-kafin da ake da su yanzu a kan nau’in.

A sanarwar tata, Hukumar NCDC ta ce tana aiki kafada-da-kafada da Cibiyar Binciken Magunguna ta Najeriya (NIMR) da Cibiyar Nazarin Kwayoyin Halittar Kwayoyin Cuta ta Afirka (ACEGID) da sauran dakunan bincike na kasa don tantance yanayin kwayoyin cuta.

“Wannan shi zai bayar da dama a gano nau’uka masu firgitarwa, a kuma kaddamar da matakan magance su.

“An wallafa bayanan duk nau’ukan da ake da su a Najeriya a wata kafa ta kasa-da-kasa inda ake musayar bayanai.

“Bisa la’akari da hadarin yaduwar nau’in Delta na kwayar cutar a duniya, ana gudanar da bincike a-kai-a-kai”, inji sanarwar.

Hukumar ta kuma ce ana ci gaba da daukar matakan da suka dace don takaita yaduwar nau’in Delta na kwayar cutar, sannan ta yi kira ga ’yan Najeriya su tabbatar suna bin ka’idojin hana yaduwar COVID-19.
