Yadda mai tukin jirgin sama ya koma sana’ar dinki a Kano

Shekara biyar bayan dawowa daga kasar waje, babu alamar aiki zai samu.

Wani matashi da ya kammala karatun koyon tukin jirgin sama a kasar waje ya koma sana’ar dinki saboda rashin aikin yi  a Kano.

Ishaq Ibrahim Abubakar, na daga matasa 100 masu digirin farko da Gwamnatin Jihar Kano ta dauki nauyinsu ta tura su su yi karatun tukin jirgi a kasashen waje a shekarar 2013.

Bayan kammala karatunsa na tukin jirgin sama, Ishaq mai shekara 38, wanda karatun nasa ya lakume sama da Naira miliyan 11 ya dawowa Najeriya, amma yanzu shekara shida ke nan, samu aikin ya gagare shi.

Ishaq, wanda mazaunin unguwar Fagge ne a birnin Kano, haziki ne, wanda aka yaye daga makarantar koyon tukin jirgin sama da lasisi mai darajar ‘A’ na tukin jirgin fasinja mai inji fiye da daya tare da sauran takardun na kwarewar da suka dace.

Baya ga mallakar lisisi a fannin tukin jirgi, Ishaq na da shaidar kwarewa a fannin tukin jirgi mai matuka sama da daya (MCC); shaidar kwarewa a fannin gudanar da ma’aikatan jiragen sama (CRM); da kuma shaida kwarewa a fannin sanarwar jirgin sama (RELTER).

– Dole ta sa na koma tela –

Duk da haka, matashin wanda ya yi digirinsa na farko a fannin kimiyyar Fizis a Jami’ar Bayero ta Kano, ya shaida mana cewa tun da ya dawo Najeriya a 2015, bai taba tuka jirgi ba.

A taikaice, ko damar kasancewa a cikin wata tawagar matuka jirgi ko  sauran ma’aikatan jirgi bai taba samu ba.

Hakan ne ya sa dole ya koma dinki, sana’ar da ya koya a shekarun baya, gami da wasu ayyukan da yake yi na neman kudi, ciki har da aikin koyarwa.

– ‘Matsalar da muke ciki’ –

Ya shaida mana cewa rashin kudi shi ne matsalar da ya samu, ba shi da karfin aljihun mallakar wasu abubuwa da karin kwasa-kwasan kwarewar da za ta sa kamfanoni jiragen sama su dauke shi aikin tukin jirgi.

Abubakar ya ce: “Ka’ida ne duk wanda ya kammala karatun koyon tukin jirgi a ko’ina a duniya sai ya samu karin horo da kwarewa a wani fanni na musamman.

“Mallakar lasisi kadai ba zai wadatar a dauke shi aiki, dole sai ya samu kwarewa a kan irin jirgin da kwamfanin da zai dauke shi aiki ke bukata ko kuma shi ya zaba wa kansa.”

Ishaq ya ce wannan shi ake kira ‘type-rating’ a sufurin jiragen sama, kuma a dokar tukin jirgi wajibi ne kowane matukin jirgi ya kasance akwai wani jirgi da ya samu kwarewa a kai.

Ya ce rashin kudin yin irin kwas din shi ne babban kalubalen da akasarin matuka jirgin da gwamnatin Kano ta daukin nauyin karatunsu suke fuskanta.

Ishaq ya kara da cewa wasu kamfanoni kuma na iya kin daukar su aiki saboda yawan awanni da suka yi suna tuka irin jiragensu sun kasa.

“Zuwa lokacin da muka kammala karatu muna da awa 226 na injin din Piston, su jiragen fasinja kuma da injin din jet suke amfani.

“Suna bukatar ka samu wani adadin awanni, saboda haka za su ce yawan awanninmu na tuka injin din jet ya gaza, wanda ke nufin sai mutum ya yi wani kwas na musamman da ake kira ‘line-rate’, wanda yawancinmu ba mu da kudin yi,” inji shi.

– Shin an yi asarar ke nan? –

Ya ce yana ganin kokarinsa na cim ma burinsa na zama cikakken matukin jirgin na fuskantar babbar barazana.

Ishaq ya kuma bayyana damuwa cewa karshenta kudaden da aka kashe mishi da sauran abokan karutunsa za su kare a matsayin asara, ba a ci moriyarsu ba.

“Irin wadannan kudade da aka kashe musu ko wasu, bai kamata a yi asarar su ba.

“An kashe akalla Naira miliyan 11 a kowane mutum daya a cikinmu mu  mutum 100 da aka tura koyo tukin jirgi.

”Idan aka sa kudaden (Naira biliyan 1.1) a wani bangare tabbas za su yi amfani, shi ya sa wasu ke ganin abin da gwamnati ta yi mana kamar barnar kudade,” a cewarsa.

– Sai gwamnati ta shigo –

Don haka ya roki Gwamnatin Tarayya ta hannun Ma’aiktar Sufurin Jiragen Sama da hukumominta da sauran masu ruwa da tsaki a bangaren su kawo musu dauki a dau matakai da za ba da dama ga matuka jirgi irinsa su samu kwarewar da ta dace.

“Ina rokon gwamnati da taimaka, ta zauna da masu kamfanonin jirage a lalubo yadda za a horas da mutane irina da kuma yadda za su samu aiki, ko daga aljihun gwamnati ne.

“Yadda gwamnati take bayar da tallafi a wasu bangarori, ya kamata a yi irin hakan a bagaren sufurin jiragen sama,” inji shi.
