Muhimman abubuwa game da samun isasshen barci

A ranar 19 ga watan Maris ta kowace shekara ce aka ware a matsayin Ranar Barci ta Duniya domin wayar da kai game da muhimmancin yin barci ga lafiya.

An ayyana ranar ce domin fahimtar da jama’a illar wasu aikace-aikace da ke tauye hakkin samun barci, da kuma matsalar da hakan ke yi wa lafiya.

Tun bayan ayyana ranar a shekarar 2008 masana lafiya a bangaren lafiyar barci ke jan ragamar wayar da kai cewa shaci-fadi ne ake ake bazawa cewa babu ruwan rashin barci da lafiyar ciki.
